Job Description


  • Working in Business Development you will be involved in approaching, presenting, and fully managing projects with Marketing Management levels.
  • Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of winning Market Research projects with new and existing clients.
  • Creativity in reaching and approaching potential clients is key
  • Business Development involves scheduling appointments and understanding client needs to propose customized solutions that would resolve the client’s Business Issue.
  • Managing accounts in-terms of:
    1. Advice clients on what research methods would best address their business issues
    2. Preparing proposals, designing questionnaires, determining the research methodology, approach & putting research budget
    3. Maintaining client relationships and ensuring loyalty for new projects.

A Business Developer usually works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing is recommended, if not, a proven background in business development
