Short Description

As a business development specialist, you will be mainly responsible for winning new clients and partially to maintain satisfaction of current clients.

You will gain great exposure to different multinationals and regional companies and will deal directly with senior marketing positions across different industries.

Every day will be a brand-new day; approaching a new client, writing a proposal for a new brief, presenting a new report and enjoying the post-presentation discussions.

Job Description


  • Generating new leads through approaching potential clients by telephone calls, emails, direct visits, and other creative methods.
  • Presenting the agency’s services/ credentials to potential clients in introductory meetings.
  • Discussing market research needs and see how to tailor the agency’s services to them.
  • Working with the digital marketing team to design creative email campaigns and promotional researches to attract potential clients.

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective accounts.
  • Designing projects based on client business need and developing proposals with approach, methodology, budget etc.
  • Approaching clients with specific services based on the agency’s strategy to promote specific types of research.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of market research techniques/ methods and the dynamics of the assigned to industry (ex. Durables, real estate, banking etc.)

Project Management

  • Managing projects across all internal stakeholders and updating clients with the progress.
  • Planning all internal steps with the manager of each department and briefing all team members with the outcomes.
  • Working with the operations team on the required quota and methodology.
  • Working closely with the analysis team on the reporting stage to make sure the report is addressing the client’s business need.

  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing is recommended, if not, a proven background in business development
  • 0-2 years of working experience (preferably in client service)
